Missing the Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival

Quarantine life certainly has its ups and downs. Of course, the first priority is to be healthy and safe, and I am thankful for everyone that is ensuring that. However, it doesn't mean that we can't wish for life to return to normal, and miss events that have been postponed or cancelled.

One of my favorite events of the year, The Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival, was supposed to happen on April 3rd and 4th. Due to recent events, it has been postponed to August 7th and 8th (with the same musical lineup), and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be safe to attend at that time.

AC Beerfest does an amazing job highlighting New Jersey breweries. They have a large section devoted to these local brews, and I tend to spend most of my time in that area.

A unique aspect to this festival is the music. My favorite act of the past few years was Dirty Heads. I also loved seeing The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and this year I was excited to see Goldfinger.

I'm looking forward to August, and I can't wait to celebrate with everyone!

Hops Beer Shirt

I've acquired quite the collection of beer shirts over the years, and this hops beer shirt is one that has been my favorite for some time now. I accidentally left this shirt in our Airbnb while beer and wine tasting in the Finger Lakes in upstate New York, and was so upset when I realized it was missing that I immediately ordered another one. This shirt proudly displays my love of hoppy beers, and I reach for it every chance I get.
